About

01 — The person behind the work

Azam Subhan
Azam Subhan Web Designer, Creative Developer & SEO Expert

I design and build the whole thing.

I’m Azam Subhan, a web designer, creative developer and SEO expert. Not screens handed to someone else to implement — the premise, the words, the type system, the motion and the code that ships.

Five projects sit behind this page. A private-residence house of eighteen pages running on a motion engine written from scratch, with no framework and no dependencies at all. A licensed Dubai services company whose homepage is a scroll-driven perspective stage built over their own photography, with fourteen search-facing service pages beneath it. An automotive marque with seven real 3D vehicles in the browser, compressed from 272 MB to 19 MB so the first load carries no 3D at all. A performance workshop whose every image and film is rendered in code, and a late-hours coffee house choreographed with GSAP, complete the set.

Different stacks, one habit: decide what the thing actually is, then build every layer of it properly.

Expertise

02 — What the work proves

  1. 01

    Brand & art direction

A premise before a palette. Names, taglines, tone and the argument a page has to make — written, then designed around.

  2. 02

    Design systems

Tokens, fluid type scales on one modular ratio, and components that hold across eighteen pages without a per-breakpoint override.

  3. 03

    Motion engineering

Scroll choreography built on one rAF loop with delta-gated writes — pinned sequences, masked type, perspective stages.

  4. 04

    3D & WebGL

Real vehicles in the browser: GLB compression, material detection for a live configurator, and a procedural renderer for the fallback.

  5. 05

    Front-end architecture

A React and Vite application with a history router and route-level splitting; and static multi-page builds where a framework earns nothing.

  6. 06

    Performance & accessibility

Lazy WebGL contexts, art-directed images, keyboard operation, labelled controls, and a complete reduced-motion path on every project.

  7. 07

    SEO & deployment

Per-route metadata, structured data, generated sitemaps and host configuration — the part that decides whether anyone arrives.

Process

03 — How a project runs

  1. Discover

Read everything the client already has — photographs, logo files, the words they use for their own work — and find the one idea the site has to carry.

  2. Direct

Premise, copy and palette settled together, sampled from real material rather than a mood board. Type chosen for the job, weights trimmed to what ships.

  3. Build

The design system first, then the pages. Motion written against the layout it belongs to, not bolted on once the markup is finished.

  4. Refine

Every breakpoint walked, every control operated, contrast audited on the worst frame, and the reduced-motion path treated as a real path.

  5. Launch

Metadata, structured data, sitemap and host config in the build itself, so deployment is an upload rather than a project.

Questions

05 — Before you get in touch

01

What kind of websites do you design and build?

Brand websites, service-business websites and 3D product showrooms, taken from the first idea to the live site. The three projects on this page are one of each: a luxury real-estate brand, a licensed Dubai services company, and an automotive showroom with seven real 3D vehicles.

02

Do you design and develop, or only one of them?

Both, and the parts either side of them: the brand premise and the copy before the design, and the performance, accessibility and SEO work after the build. One person owns every layer, so nothing is lost in a handover.

03

Can you build 3D, WebGL or animated websites?

Yes. Luxury Automotive runs seven real vehicles in the browser with three.js and React Three Fiber, with a working configurator that repaints the model. The models were compressed from 272 MB to 19 MB so the first load carries no 3D at all — motion should never cost a page its speed.

04

Will my website be fast and easy to find on Google?

That is built in rather than added later: fast static pages, responsive images, clean semantic HTML, structured data, sitemaps and metadata on every page. Shamil Services, for example, has fourteen dedicated service pages so each service can be found on its own.

05

Do you work with clients remotely?

Yes. Shamil Services, the live client on this page, is a company in Dubai.

06

How do we start a project?

Send an email or a WhatsApp message with what you have in mind — the business, the audience, and anything you already have, like a logo or photographs. Both options are just below.
